Who we are

KURAE is a social media and marketing studio operated by Konstruktive LTD, based in London and working with clients worldwide. When this policy says "we", that's who it means.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our forms. There are no accounts, no logins, and no profiling running behind the scenes.

  • Newsletter - your name and email address.
  • Talent waitlist - your name, email, discipline, where you are based, and a portfolio link.
  • UGC creators - your name, email, Instagram and TikTok handles, where you are based, the niches you create in, your collaboration preference and rates, and a portfolio link if you share one.
  • Questionnaire - your name, email, company, region, website, and the answers you give about your brand and socials.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to send the newsletter you asked for, to match creators and talent with the right brand briefs, and to prepare for calls and proposals.

We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

Who processes it

A small set of tools helps us run the studio, and each only sees what it needs:

  • Flodesk - holds our email lists (newsletter, talent, and creator sign-ups) and sends our emails.
  • Resend - delivers questionnaire submissions to the studio inbox.
  • Vercel - hosts this site and provides cookie-free, anonymous analytics.
  • Vitrines - serves the Instagram grid images you see in the footer.
  • Sanity- manages the site's content and never touches visitor data.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookie-free and anonymous - we see how pages perform, not who you are.

Retention and your rights

We keep your details only for as long as they are useful for the purpose you shared them for. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.

Under GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time - email hello@kurae.studio and we'll remove it from our tools.
