A trichology brand mid-rebrand, repositioning as premium in Canary Wharf. We coordinated a full pop-up campaign in seven days - then built the elevated editorial presence their new positioning needed.

Cherub Tricho came to us just over a week before their IWD pop-up with a full brief - pop-up build, social campaign, printable assets, staffing, content.

While the space was being built, we ran the campaign in parallel - daily reels, educational carousels, and promo content across IG and TikTok to drive footfall on the day.

The pop-up itself featured a branded photobooth, complimentary scalp checks, and discount vouchers for future treatments.

We brought UGC creators on site to experience the pop-up first-hand and capture it through their own lens.

The result was a library of organic, high-quality content that carried the campaign well beyond the event itself - performing across IG and TikTok in the days and weeks that followed.

We introduced a structured content strategy rooted in scalp health education and clinical authority, replacing an inconsistent feed with a cohesive editorial direction. The result was a significant increase in organic reach, engagement, and profile traffic.
